We stand behind our quality with a transparent, risk-free 15-day return and exchange guarantee. If you are not completely enchanted with your selection, we will gladly arrange a full return or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange under our 15-day policy, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn & Pristine Condition: The jewelry must be completely unused, free from scratches, perfume residue, tarnish, or alteration.
• Original Packaging & Security Tags: The piece must retain all original protective packaging, velvet box, certificates of authenticity, and any tamper-evident security tags attached.
• Proof of Purchase: Your order confirmation number, tax invoice, and registered contact details.
• Non-Returnable Exceptions: Custom-engraved jewelry, bespoke personalized orders, or items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless arriving defective or damaged.

4. Refund Timelines & Settlement

• Prepaid Orders (UPI / NetBanking / Cards): Refunds are automatically reversed to the original payment source via Cashfree Payments within 5 to 7 business days following QA inspection.
• Partial COD Orders (20% Deposit + 80% Cash on Delivery): The 20% online deposit is refunded directly to your original payment method. The 80% cash paid upon delivery is refunded via direct NEFT / IMPS bank transfer to your verified account upon receiving bank details.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

Every parcel shipped by Opula is dispatched under tamper-evident packaging and insured transit. In the rare event your shipment arrives damaged or tampered with, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photographs or video. We will immediately dispatch an expedited replacement at no extra charge.
