1. Free Nationwide Shipping

At Opula Silver, we offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum order value required. Every package is dispatched in tamper-evident, secure luxury packaging to ensure your jewelry reaches you in pristine condition.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed, hallmarking verified, and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation.
• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
• Rest of India: 3 to 7 business days post-dispatch depending on pincode accessibility.

3. Courier Partners & Tracking

We partner with leading, reputable logistics providers including BlueDart, Delhivery, and Shypfy. As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, an automated shipment notification containing your live tracking number (AWB) is sent via SMS, WhatsApp, and email. You can also view live order progress under your My Orders dashboard.

4. In-Transit Insurance & Tamper-Evident Packaging

Every shipment is 100% insured against loss, theft, or transit damage until it is delivered to your doorstep.

Important: Please do NOT accept any parcel that appears tampered with, opened, or physically damaged. Refuse delivery and contact customer care immediately.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD with 20% Deposit)

For Cash on Delivery orders, an upfront non-refundable 20% reservation deposit is collected online to confirm your order and prevent fraudulent bookings. The remaining 80% balance is payable in cash to the courier representative at the time of delivery.
