All silver jewelry offered by Opula Silver is crafted using authentic 925 sterling silver, hallmarked and certified in accordance with Indian standards. Product weights, gemstone specifications, and plating finishes (such as 18K Yellow Gold or 18K Rose Gold micron plating) are described as accurately as possible. Minor natural variations in handcrafted artisanal jewelry may occur.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and include all applicable taxes (GST), unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before order confirmation.
Online payments are securely processed through our authorized payment partner, Cashfree Payments, supporting UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant standards. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is collected online, with the remaining 80% payable in cash to the courier upon delivery.

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with an unconditional 15-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, provided items are unworn, in original packaging, and retain all security tags intact.
